It’s was okay other then...

Liked: The breakfast was basically nothing but muffins and toast and coffee. The beds need to be replaced because the are starting to squeak.

Disliked: They need to remodel real bad.. I got 2 rooms and one smelled like cigarettes and I asked for a new room and they told me no so I saw goin to to leave and then I asked for apart and the lady gave me ant and roach spray.. I left and went and brought spray and the smell was so strong. The air freshener didn’t help. I didn’t get a new room until the morning.

Liked: Location to Eppley Swim center for my daughter’s swim meet.
Disliked: People being allowed to smoke marijuana throughout third floor. Since I was traveling with my 11 year-old daughter, the entire third floor was filled with a smoke and the smell of drugs. My daughter has asthma on top of this. Upon entering our room, the room continued to smell of marijuana. We immediately went downstairs and spoke with LIDA the employee on staff and she stated that there were no other rooms on another floor to move to. The only thing that she should suggest that I could do is just spray something down the hallway. I told her that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund. She told me I needed to go through Booking.com to get a refund. I sent a message immediately which they sent to super eight who then said I never went downstairs and complained about anything. I followed up with another message to Booking.com and to super eight and I’ve heard nothing back though. I have emailed Booking.com a second time and the management of super eight. This is unprofessional.
