I actually didn't even stay there. I checked in, went to an event, stayed somewhere else. I then came back the next morning to get my stuff and check out. I was going to ask for a refund since I didn't stay, but didn't have time to bother with it.

It was a nights sleep.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: Noise, someone in the room above stomping around at 2 A.M. A used washcloth from a prior guest hanging at the end of the shower curtain. Chairs with fabric seats that are dirty drive me crazy, clean them, or get furniture you can wipe off. Also no one cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast time. Dirty counters and not so good coffee.
