Liked: I loved the location, the rooms was very comfortable and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The staff at the check in counter was awful, he was incredibly slow and I don't think he even understood what I was saying half the time. I reserved my room online, and when I got there he wouldn't take my booking number, and then ended up giving me a key to the wrong room (I paid for standard king room, he gave me a double bed room), when I went to get my room fixed he took forever (20 minutes just to swap my key out). I spilt some water on my sheets and my mom called the front desk to ask for some more and he told her he didn't have any to give us, so I went down there and told him I needed more sheets and he gave them to me except I didn't get the top sheet. Once breakfast started I went to get something to eat and there was no bowls, plates, silverware, cups, no way to use the waffle maker or anything like that I had to ask 3 times and it took 30 minutes to get what I requested.
