I did not stay here!!!

Liked: I did not stay for this reservation I have requested a refund in full as I did not stay. I was moved into two different rooms that were disgusting and had roaches infested everywhere as soon as you turned the lights on they were on the walls in the mini fridge and anywhere else you could see!
Disliked: I didn’t like that the staff was unhelpful and rude and would not assist me in getting a refund. The woman at the front desk told me to contact booking.com for a refund. I have done so.

Liked: The pool was the best/cleanest part of the property
Disliked: The shower had no pressure and hot water was like warm. Bed was lumpy, and room smelled of old people. The air conditioner front screen fell off. Best part of the room was the fridge

Liked: Staff was extremely nice.
Disliked: The hotel had stains on the towels, pillows, and bed sheets. Toliet paper stuck to the picture on the wall. Bathtub wasn't clean. Had to ask everyday for towels after they came in the room to clean. Blood splatter on the ceiling. Only gave an ok rating based on how nice staff was. Will never stay at a super 8 again.
