Perfect!
Liked: Glad I chose to stay there, I haven't had much luck with this chain. This is close to parents home, so it was convenient. Bed was comfortable and pillows were perfect. Room was clean, refrigerator was ice cold and microwave worked good too. BEST shower out of anywhere I've ever stayed- water pressure was amazing! Staff was very accommodating considering our late arrival the first night, then forgetting the key the next and returning at 1am and requesting new key. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing at all, it was all great. Nothing fancy, but that is what works for my family.

Nice place. Highly recommend.
Liked: Friendly staff great facilityCarpeted, wall mounted thermostat, microwave, refrigerator coffee maker included.
Disliked: Close to highway so at times could hear trucks, but not enough to disturb sleep

Disliked: I have a complainProperty has to refund me for my 1sdt booking. Booking.com customer support told me they will refund on 5th September. But still they have not refund me.Below is the msg frtom cutomer support sent on 4th September-----Hi OmilaGreetings from Booking.com customer service team.You recently asked us to cancel this reservation because you don't need these dates. You had an agreement with the property to cancel the booking and have a walk in reservation with them. So you stayed and paid at the property directly for the dates August 30- 31. You arrived on August 31st at 4am and checked out 11am the same day.We contacted the property and sent them the cancellation request for this reservation on the same day you requested for cancellation. However, until now we did not get the written confirmation from them. This is the reason why the reservation is still active with its original terms and conditions because we need their written confirmation due to legal purposes.I have followed up with the hotel today. I spoke with Matthew from the desk and I’m glad to inform you that he confirmed verbally that they agreed to cancel this reservation free of charge and any prepayment that was charged for this reservation will be refunded by them since they are the one facilitating the payment.
