Liked: The room was quiet. Bed was not as bad as some.
Disliked: The bathroom was very dirty with scrum on the tub. The room was dusted poorly.

Disliked: Room: was musty and not aired out. Carpet had "stuff" in it ...not vacuumed. Rust around bathtub drain, only a few of the shower head jets worked, drain was clogged, water took forever to go down. Left wooded handle on the bathroom sink came off...no screw to hold it on. Toilet took at least 2 flushes to get everything to go down. One of the charging outlets on one of the bedside lamps did not work. Bedding looked like it hadn't been properly washed in some time. Breakfast: Coffee was a cross between sewage and sludge. Only pink pkg. artificial sweetener which makes coffee taste like liquid tin...no blue or yellow pkgs. Eggs not completely hard boiled... runny when cracked and made a mess!

Disliked: Staff didn’t know how to set up the coffee machine, there were grounds in the old fashioned push button machine, yulck! The shower faucet was broken and bathroom not cleaned. Staff didn’t speak understandable English and I am an ELL teacher.
