Disliked: Its exterior is unattractive, but the rooms themselves were tidier than expected, and extremely clean.

Poor service Rude employees

Liked: The friendly lady that checked us in.
Disliked: I stayed there while my daughter worked on her new house. I told the lady at the front desk that I would be babysitting my grandbabies that were 2 the next day while my daughter moved. She was extremely nice and said making memories. The next morning the man that worked was rude and impatient. Then knowing I had babies he put an elderly couple next to us. Really, rooms all over and you put someone next to a room with 3 babies under 2. I felt like it was spiteful. He was rude when I went to pay for another night. He would not wait until one of my other adults came back so I could go down and pay, so yes I had to take all 3 babies to the lobby. They will not just sit, they are active like I told him. He even got onto them trying to make them be quiet. Could have been avoided if he would have been patient. We never got room service, clean towels, trash taken out.....and then both staff were rude to the adults when they came to pick up the babies. No reason for any of this. We paid for our room, nothing was damaged! Babies had their own toys to play with and did great in the room. Oh the man made sure, many times, that I needed money in my account to cover damages and he had never been in the room. He assumed there would be damage. Disrespectful and not needed.
