Liked: bed was comfortable
Disliked: there was never any office staff available.. someone other than manager checked us in could not answer questions, regarding discounts for AARP or AAAone key went bad, no one ever in office to help replace it

Disappointing

Disliked: I was getting back to the room at 2 am and the key card did not work. They opened the door for me and said to keep the key away from the phone so that’s what I did. I went out to eat and an hour later try to open it again and it did not work again. We kept the key away from the phone like they told us. My friend who was sleeping inside was able to open the door for me but I was annoyed

Good value for price.

Liked: Good location, comfortable bed and hot shower. Staff was friendly/ helpful.
Disliked: Not the best breakfast, room refrigerator loud and smelled (door kept shut while refrig is off), no hair dryer

Liked: I had an emergency I was not able to stay and left the same day. But yet I couldn’t get any penny out of the money that I paid even though I did not stay. Will never recommend this place.
Disliked: They are greedy. They have no compassion and they lie.

Disliked: There was small leak under the sink and a strong deodorizer smell in the room.
