Non-smoking Room reeked of cigarettes.

Disliked: The non-smoking room I was given smelled terribly like stale cigarettes. I requested to have another room and the new room was just as bad. The woman at the front desk was complaining about her job and customers. It was unprofessional.

I would stay again but...

Liked: They have smoking rooms with actual ash trays in them.
Disliked: There was no elevator so getting all of my things as well as a sleeping child was quite the chore as we were on the third floor

Liked: decent breakfast choices, the waffles were really good. I would have liked to have real milk to add to my coffee instead of artificial creamers.
Disliked: the usb ports in the table top lamps are loose.

Liked: Location was ok, staff was nice
Disliked: Refrigerator was not on and my milk spoiled. Cleaning could be better there was something sticky on dresser and finger marks on Refrigerator. Noise from freeway can be heard.
