I would stay here again...

Liked: I needed a reasonably priced place to spend the night for an unexpected business trip. I was concerned with previous reviews but tried it anyhow. I found staff to be efficient and pleasant at check in and check out. My questions were answered quickly and completely. The room was large, comfortable, and overall clean. There will always be a little dust. Heat was very good even when it was only 4 degrees outside. Bathroom was a bit small, but well lit and shower was strong and hot. Breakfast was okay with coffee, juice, waffles, toast, and muffins. Bob Evans is right out front if you do not like those choices.
Disliked: The internet was disappointing it kept disconnecting but my hot spot worked just fine to get work reporting done. There were only 2 cups for coffee on my arrival and only one after my departure, An individual came in to make new coffee but did not put out more cups. Stocking for breakfast was light but in the hour I was in the breakfast area I was the only customer so I am thinking stocking was appropriate to demand. Access to the property was a bit rough. The driveway was long and very ice rutted. Some brand confusion on my part as the same structure represented two brands. Interesting the difference in rating between the two when it is essentially the same place.

Disliked: The trash can were not on the floor they were placed on top the vanity counter and table beside the TV. The bed comforter have oil stain and milky stain on it towards the foot of the bed.
