Liked: The breakfast was OK. We stay here three nights, One morning we didn't have a milk, we got sorry, but Safeway was just walking distance.
Disliked: Pool area is kind off dated.

It was good, I'd stay...

Liked: Breakfast was good, enough variety. Fireplace was nice. Room was clean and the bed/pillows comfy.
Disliked: Smell of chlorine was too strong. Next time I would ask for a room that didn't look out over the pool. I'd like to be able to open the curtains without people thinking we're stalking them.

Just no

Liked: The room was a good size for our family of 4. Had a neat layout and would be a really neat hotel if they fixed the property up.
Disliked: The pool is freezing cold and it looks poorly maintained. Our bathtub was full of mould around the edges. The room had paint missing and dents in the wall just looked like no matinance has been done to the property in a long time. We got a few drinks from the vending machine that were past date. To top it off when our toilet clogged at bedtime we called down and were told they didn’t have matinance staff on so we would have to move rooms which was not really a great option with young kids. After another call down the front desk person found a plunger and said we could come and get it to use on our toilet.

Liked: The Staff is very Friendly

The room was dated and...

Liked: The quickness in getting my elderly father and me a new room. And once I re-connected the TV the TV worked well. The room was spacious. The light breakfast was enough to get us going until lunch time.
Disliked: Checking clients in hotel rooms that have not been thoroughly checked over to ensure all facilities are working as expected. The lack of hot water (none in the evening), no heating in the first room, and the disconnected TV cables which required me to fix.
