My stay wasn't what I...

Liked: I didn't think anything of the breakfast because there was no breakfast., although booking and the motel stated differently. All the information on booking stated different than the motel. information was given that due to covid, masks need to be worn which turned out not to be so and the pool were open when it stated the pool was not open and no breakfast. The location was ok for my purposes of evening night rest.
Disliked: It would have been a whole lot better if I had been able to use the tv it did not work properly. I checked into my room at around 4 or after 4. I reported it to the front desk, and she came to my room and used the front desk remote to set the channels. the tv only worked for about a couple of evening hours; I did not bring this to the front desk attention as it was close to my bedtime. the next morning in leaving for the day I mentioned it to the front desk, and I left the tv on so someone could see the message on the screen that a company had to reset the tv. she said she would look at it. I return to my room in the evening and the message was still on the screen. I went to front desk to report again. she came and looked at and messed with the cords behind the tv. and then tried to call the company to reset. it did not remedy the problem. I could not watch tv for the evening or next morning which is something I enjoy doing to relax. In checking out I told the front desk I was disappointed in not having the tv fixed. Her comment was she didn't understand why I wasn't move to another room. I agreed. I also feel if booking is doing the reservations, update information needs to be done with this location. I also in making my reservations gave the wrong dates of reservations and clicked to change to the correct one and I was charged double for the stay, all in all I was not happy with my stay. I only stayed evenings and nights. My bed was very high and I practically had to jump up on it. , I've never slept in such a high bed.
