Don't stay here if you...

Liked: Breakfast without eggs is NOT breakfast.
Disliked: Tub did not drain. I was standing in two inches of filthy water by the time I finished showering (Room 216). I reported this to the desk clerk and she took our phone number. So far I have heard nothing.

Liked: Staff was always very friendly and accommodating!
Disliked: Breakfast food could have had a little more variety. Didn't like the egg products.

This place has gone downhill...

Liked: Convenient location. Staff were kind and congenial.
Disliked: Direct TV was inoperable for majority of my stay. Door key was hit and miss. Front desk had to re-key my door key at least twice a day. This was very frustrating.Room cleaning provided only once, at my insistence.

Superb

Liked: The staff, the breakfast, and the room itself was wonderful.
Disliked: Ann elevator would have been helpful. The room fridge was a pain since it froze stuff in it. And that was even after adjustment.
