Disliked: The room & beds had a bad smell - like the cleaning solution was not strong enough & or the pillows need to be washed. The hallways need room freshener sprays.

Disliked: Our toilet seat wasn't clean, and when we told the man at the front desk; he said we could clean it with the toilet paper. We asked for more disposable cups and were told there were none. We couldn't get ice anywhere. Our shower leaked onto the floor, and nobody worked on it.

Disappointing

Liked: We liked the location in regards to where we needed to go the next morning. Also, when checking in they did allow me to change our room from one king bed to a double bed room when I asked. Otherwise, we would have stayed somewhere else.
Disliked: The first thing was that breakfast was to be included and there was nothing but 2 different stale cereals. We picked this hotel because of the location and breakfast. Unfortunately, we had to eat breakfast elsewhere. In our room, the sheets and top comforter on one bed had stains and white crusty stuff all over. Our TV had issues until a family member fixed it. The bathroom was really dirty.

Cheap and disgusting.

Disliked: The room needs deep cleaning. Dust and dirt everywhere! The walls are thin. I could hear my neighbor snoring and someone else crying all night.
