Liked: The location of the hotel is the best thing about it.
Disliked: We stayed in room106 and it had an extreme musty smell. We received an email the evening prior to our stay that offered us an upgraded room. I paid and received confirmation of the upgrade. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told they had no record of it and an upgrade was not an option. The staff member verbally apologized, but did not offer an alternative for compensation. There are plenty of options at the free breakfast, but the area it's held in is too small. Guests were pushing others to get food. I was embarrassed for them as they were acting like vultures.

Great stay in a great...

Liked: Location was perfect for exploring Caraquet and also having some entertainment right at the front door. Pool was great for the kids (a little shallow for adults). The outdoor areas included a park with structures for the kids, marina, waterfront and entertainment facilities. The rooms were basic but clean, and the beds were comfortable. One of the best places to stay when in town.
Disliked: Breakfast area was a little cramped.
