Worse place ever!!

Liked: The staff was horrible. There is a African guy that works the desk. I told him I was disabled and needed another room on a lower floor. There is no elevator so I struggle to get to my room because he says No!! I got here by Uber with a bag so travel isn't easy. The room had roaches and no hair dryer. I asked for one but was told didn't have any. The guy is very rude.
Disliked: Roaches, Staff, No handicap access. Wasn't allowed to change rooms.
