Disliked: Filthy dirty, falling apart & important things don’t work. Tub wouldn’t drain & the next room they moved me to, the lock on the door was a joke.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. When I told her the condition of the room, she gave us a major discount.
Disliked: Our room was in need of a major renovation and cleaning.

Disliked: Room smelledNo elevator Requested 1st floor on my reservation since no elevator and I could not carry my suitcase up the stairs. And I was placed on the third floor.Curtains were falling down. Breakfast food was stale

Comfortable and restful

Liked: We left before breakfast was available. I appreciated that they allowed us to register early and get a key. We were working from 10 to 7 with the charter for RAGBRAI. The room was clean and gave us what we needed, a place to sleep and shower.
Disliked: No complaints

Not impressed

Disliked: The AC was a window unit & didn't work Room was booked for a Queen, it was full size bedSheets had old blood stain disgusting Toilet ran non stop Shower was dirty

I would not recommend this...

Liked: I like. D that it was close to my kids. Got my entire Yup and everything. She came up to try to fix my t. V, I'm getting in the shower. She left my door open the maintenance. Dude's wife got mad. So she said I can never come back there again. But they had overcharged me because I didn't need no deposit or to go pull money off my card. That time that I stayed there before. I had to put. I don't understand deposit. Then I pay a $100 for the room which what's filthy?
Disliked: I got bit the whole time. I was there. Coffee machine machine machine gun stop can't drink coffee people were rude. It wasn't my fault that the scap left my door open and I got out of the shower to shut it and then I got out and answered the door because I was waiting on someone. That I was unprofessional and that I should never opened my door well.Why did your other stuff member leave my door open?You don't like that there was no carpet.I slipped in belt several times I want a refund
