Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything. The room was dirty with a two inch gap under the door that anything could crawl in. The floor would have been softer than the bed probably. Staff was never at the desk when we needed help or to ask questions. If we had not been dealing with the death of my dad we would have absolutely switched hotels.

Disliked: the room nasty, smelly, stained carpets, stained couch, windows dirty, felt like a crime scene. We left without staying

Disliked: The front lobby smells, in the room the a/c did not work properly, cigarette burn hole in one of the comforter’s on one of the beds, fridge not clean, remote not working, tub not clean, I had to kill a knat, saw a dead roach, mirror not cleaned properly, painted patches over the sink! I left early!

Liked: The rooms were very clean.
Disliked: I made this reservation through bookings.com and this is the first hotel I have ever had Harrass me about when I would be checking in due to the fact I had not checked in by 4pm. And told me they were going to cancel my room because I had not checked in yet by 4pm. I stated I would be checking in after 1030pm because of traveling after work. I then still received 3 more calls from reservation about checking in and they were going to cancel my room. The management at the hotel knew my time of arrival after calling me earlier in the day. Also this hotel tried to charge my card before I even arrived to stay.

Great place to stay and...

Liked: How nice the employee was and that when I checked out, she asked how it was. Which made me feel that they really want to do their best to do a good job.
Disliked: The rooms kinda looked out of the date, but it was still comfortable. It had a 70's look, then a modern look.

Will stay again
