The hotel staff was very professional. When I arrived, check in was easy and the lobby was very clean. Great customer service! The hotel was very clean and our room was very nice.

Liked: So gross, dirty socks and underwear in the room from previous stay, crumbs in the bed, unclean bathroom, mounds of dust collecting in all the corners of the room from not vaccuuming

Disliked: There was no hot water and the tub was stained with something that ate the finish off of tub. There was also rust around the fixtures and the overflow. Mold in the tile.

Liked: There was no breakfast, even though it was advertised on booking.com
Disliked: No breakfast, double charged my card, rooms were not clean at all.. ie. Dust, hair, bathroom was discussing..I could go on. Very unpleasant. Will never stay again
