Comfortable and relaxing stay

Liked: It was quick and easy to find off the Interstate.The room was nicely updated with comfortable and updated furnishings. The linens were clean and newer.The breakfast was delicious. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was quiet.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: The free shampoo and conditioner could have been not a combination. It would be better to have a shampoo and a conditioner. I truly appreciate that the hotel had these a free item in the room but in this case I wish I had brought my own.

Nice staff, convenient location right...

Liked: Front desk staff & hotel staff were friendly and always had a smile.
Disliked: The room was missing the iron, ironing board & blow dryer; I tried calling down to front desk…room phn didn’t work. Walked up/down flight of stairs to let them know my room needed these items; staff delivered them to room. The iron didn’t work at all, was quite worn. Called to front desk, phn still not working. Walked up/down stairs to get replacement iron…that one did work, but kept tripping the outlet. The bathroom had a bidet attached to the toilet, it was extremely filthy…poo crumbs all over the mounting brackets and the controls appeared just as filthy and extremely worn (couldn’t read some of the settings); some of the external doors were missing the key card readers….at all times those doors were accessible by anyone.
