Disliked: I had it booked for two nights and I could stay one cuz my mom went in the hospital I had to come back to Lincoln and I tried to call you guys and got a hold of some lady that was giving me too many numbers to call customer service so I need to refund for one night

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Decent area close to the city.
Disliked: Facilities were not very clean at all. Trash behind bed. Housekeeping lazy! Got charged $30 because they said pillowcases were “stained”. Housekeeper took a photo of pillowcases upon entry of room while cleaning, how do you determine a stain before washing? If you wash it and it doesn’t come out that means it’s stained right? Refrigerator didn’t work. The whole facility had a musty odor. Get new housekeepers and clean your building it smells bad.
