Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: On the first day of our stay, the hotel canceled our reservation because they couldn’t reach us while we were still on the plane. They simply canceled our booking without any warning. On our last day, the power went out, and when we tried to contact the staff, no one responded or explained what was going on. When we were checking out and returning the keys, there was no apology or explanation for the issues we encountered. I was really disappointed with this hotel. I’ve stayed at many places before, but this was the worst experience. Plus, we are still waiting for our security deposit. It’s been a week, and no one has contacted us or responded to our messages. Every time we try to reach out, we get no reply.

Disliked: very far from the city , transportation hard, since I had to wait long time for a Bus or use un Uber

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: I didn’t know when I reserved the room that there would be an additional deposit, that would have been nice to know. I was also told when I checked in that I’d get it back when I check out, then today was told 3 to 5 days. I travel on a budget and that caused some hardship for me.

Liked: Everything was just perfect plus I got the same room very clean

Disliked: There were ants in my bed and I have been trying to speak with the manager for 5 days to no avail

Liked: I enjoyed breakfast clean and well done and put together
Disliked: As always some maintenance on like fixtures or tub but Very clean and smell good throughout facilities.
