Disgusting

Disliked: Beds were not clean there was still hair on the bed from last person. Bedding smelt terrible. Nothing was clean very disappointing. Will never stay at a super 8 again.

Disliked: Cleaning staff walked into my room! Shortly after I checked in.. there was a knock at the door… I got up and didn’t even get to take one step forward and a cleaning lady was in my room! She had a towel that I noticed was missing from the bathroom! She did not give me time to answer the door! What if I was indisposed?? Very unacceptable after check in time!! This made me nervous the rest of my stay in case it would happen again! In addition the front desk lady was not friendly at all. Looked upset all the time and bothered by my being there.

Liked: Nothing except the location.
Disliked: Everything about the motel . Sheets were not clean , carpet was nasty , floors sticky . breakfast was terrible . Unfriendly reception and kitchen staff ..they clearly don’t like what they do .No proper toiletries . I will never return to any of your hotels.

Liked: The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff were excellent and worked hard. The beds were very comfortable. Issue with TV was dealt with within minutes of our call.
Disliked: I wasn't too impressed with the two girls in check-in. The night we arrived, we didn't even receive a smile or welcome. The men we met there during our stay were more pleasant. That was our only complaint.
