Disliked: They wouldn't take the credit card I used to pay for the room once I got to the hotel and the desk guy was incredibly rude. Horrible service... cross the freeway and go to Inn America!!!

Liked: The price was affordable but in this case you definitely ONLY get what you pay for. There was only 2 nice staff I met, all the others including management need customer service training.
Disliked: The management sucks & most of the employees, actually all but one of the desk people, needs customer service training! I went to the desk asking for a late check out & a super late check out popped up on my phone that gave me the option to stay until 3pm for $40. My deposit was $50 & I had a long trip back to the middle of Oregon ahead of me, so I was excited to get a few more hrs of sleep. The girl at the desk said it was all taken care of & I went back to bed. At 12:15 a guy came pounding on the door like the police saying rudely "you need to vacate immediately" when I tried to explain, the girl who helped me called me a liar to my face. That pissed me off, to say the least! Then she came back a few minutes later, alone and apologized, saying it was her fault & she got in trouble & I'd be getting my refund back. Then the manager Gina Treat came down & apologized too saying she was sorry for the misunderstanding & that they don't do super late check outs, (then why is it an option through your site), but I would be receiving my full refund. Here we are over two weeks later now & all I've received back is $10! I've written a few emails & called several times. If anything, they should've kept $10 of my deposit & returned $40. My kids & I were out of the room before 1:00 pm still. Don't stay there, there's plenty of places right across the little backstreet that are much nicer & the staff is amazing as I have stayed there in years prior. I hope this helps. If you make this choice anyways, don't say I didn't warn ya!

Liked: The fridge in our room wasn't cold. It was plugged in and set ti cold but it was warm inside. Other than that it was fine
