It was a decent stay...
Liked: The property was clean and the staff was nice.
Disliked: The refrigerator in the room had to be slammed too close and it was leaking. The water was not hot at all. Lukewarm at best. The front door also had to slammed hard to close.

It seems more of a...
Liked: The bed was actually comfortable
Disliked: There is a lot of kids screaming in the middle of the night, rubble and debris everywhere and the fact that I was not told about a deposit until I arrived on location and then I still have not received my deposit back

Poor
Liked: I like the area we were in it was very convenient for shopping the Galary Mall was 0.5miles down the street.
Disliked: I was sold a raw deal the room was not like it was shown on Book.com , heater was very noisy, water temp. Was not hot, barely warm, the breakfast that was offered sucks, we was totally disappointed. They said to us y'all need to take down free breakfast they do not serve breakfast.

To sum it up: clean...
Liked: To sum it up: clean rooms but abysmal service, false promises, and a lack of upkeep that’s hard to overlook. Save your money and sanity—look elsewhere.
Disliked: I recently stayed at the Motel 8 in Biloxi, MS, with my son for two nights as we waited to move into our new beach townhome. We chose this place through Booking.com, enticed by the promise of fast Wi-Fi, a complimentary safari tour, and a free bottle of wine. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the enticing description.Let’s start with the front desk attendant, who was absolutely one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered in the hospitality industry. While glued to his phone during our check-in, he couldn’t be bothered to greet us or answer even the most basic questions without prompting. His attitude was dismissive, arrogant, and downright misogynistic, particularly when interacting with me as a woman. His demeanor screamed disdain for anything outside his immediate interest, which didn’t seem to include customer service. The room itself was surprisingly clean, which was one of the few redeeming qualities of this stay. However, the parking lot was a disaster zone—littered with deep craters that made maneuvering around feel like navigating a war zone. I couldn’t believe this was the state of the grounds for a beachfront property. You’d expect more from such a prime location, but clearly, maintenance isn’t a priority here.To top it all off, the promised safari tour and complimentary wine? Nowhere to be found. I didn’t even bother asking the unhelpful staff about these amenities because the thought of another interaction with that dismissive front desk attendant was enough to make my blood boil.As someone who had just finished packing up a 15-foot U-Haul truck for a major move, the last thing I needed was to deal with such an unwelcoming environment. The entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I’d strongly advise against staying here unless you enjoy being treated poorly by staff and risking your vehicle’s suspension in their treacherous parking lot.
