Staff was fast and friendly. Price was good. Rooms were clean. Parking was kind of spooky.

Liked: Easy and fast location to the Santa Ana Star Casino and the freeway.
Disliked: Large group of construction workers sitting outside alongside their trucks drinking. Bathroom situation was just awful. Tiny and poorly lit. No light over open sink in the bedroom. Very steep stair case to second floor.

Disliked: Dirty lobby and ice machine. It's the first appearance of the property that discouraged me. The window on the door were dirty.
