Staff was fast and friendly. Price was good. Rooms were clean. Parking was kind of spooky.

Liked: Easy and fast location to the Santa Ana Star Casino and the freeway.
Disliked: Large group of construction workers sitting outside alongside their trucks drinking. Bathroom situation was just awful. Tiny and poorly lit. No light over open sink in the bedroom. Very steep stair case to second floor.

Liked: The hotel was easy to get to, close to interstate. Rooms and bed was comfortable although there was traffic noise. Shower was lukewarm at best. Breakfast was very basic.
