Liked: The owner is very nice and let our friend to park her car for an entire day for free.

Superb

Liked: This isn't a parking friendly city as most metros aren't. If you are familiar with tight parking meters spaces then no problem
Disliked: Safe didn't work no pickup breakfast but staff was very generous with coffee

Bad

Disliked: Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty and dusty. The bed sheets were stained and it seemed like the room never gets cleaned. We arrived late in the evening so we were really tired and ended up not going to the reception at first but then in the morning I went first thing to the reception to ask either to change rooms or for a refund. They refused to do either of those things and also yelled at us and behaved very unprofessionally. We will never return there and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

Okay

Liked: The property itself was nice and location was good. The beds were comfy and felt self there.
Disliked: The receptionist was far from friendly to me and my friends. He was condescending towards us as we were Irish, he had preconceived ideas about us. His attitude wasn’t the best and the baggage storage fee was expensive. It has tarnished the name of the brand for me unfortunately.

This is a great place...

Liked: Restroom was nice everything was clean
Disliked: It's said it had breakfast but they didn't

Very good

Liked: The hotel manager is super cool and actually assists with keeping place clean, speaks Spanish to housekeeping, even checked on me to see if I was okay and needed anything.
Disliked: The card keys need to go into slider proficiently and accurately. I noticed others had similar challenges. I would prefer card keys you tap. The cards didn't demagnetize which I'm grateful for.
