Liked: Your staff is wonderful. The manager, Dawn, is fabulous, she's professional, friendly, just a great lady. she just may be the one thing that brings us back to Super 8 everytime we need a safe, friendly place to stay.
Disliked: That we had to leave! lol!

Disliked: The manager there charged me 250 smoking fee which absolutely did not happen when I tried to talk to her I didn't get a response back for over a week to which she said yes I did and refused to talk to me just a email. Had to get booking involved and after another week they said oops that was a different room that smoked so we'll refund you and had to wait another week to recieve the refund. Staff was awesome the managers were trash

Disliked: The fact I got charged 250 for a smoking in the room fee which never occurred. We absolutely did not smoke in the room or around any doorways . The manager sent me a email. Her name is dawn and said she came to our room Nov 1st in the afternoon to address the smell of smoke and we refused to answer. Well we were both at work by 630 that morning and didn't even around back to the hotel til around 8pm that night. Said they had complaints saying it was coming from our room and when I talked to staff there they said no one complained and that they did a walk in on Saturday and didn't see or smell anything. Also the entire hallway constantly reaked of marijuana and neither I or my son smoke that so that definitely wasn't us. The maids did not speak English so it was like pulling teeth trying to get basics like towels or toilet paper. I emailed back and said that ,that was a blatant lie and have not heard back. Also never received notice until after 6 days of checking out. The staff was friendly the manager is a blatant liar and BTW we checked out at 6am on the 3rd.
