Not happy with room ,...

Liked: It was right off the turnpike , close to the venue I needed to go to for work that morning . Gentlemen. That checked us in was nice . Told my husband he could have a 12:00 checkout .
Disliked: We were in room 204 , it had a bad smell of food , and someone cooking food through the night . Did not get a good sleep very loud doors shutting all night and people up and down the hall . At 10 to 11:00 there was a banging on the door . An employee Rudely told my husband time to go check out at 11 . Of course he left but you should have better communication with the front desk or mark it on the computer . Needless to say we will not be back there a lot of hotels in the area if I ever have work in the area again !

Comfortable.

Liked: Location was great but my car gps was strange and wanted me to drive another 7 miles one way to find you even tho I'd exited the turnpike essentially at your front door. Took me another 20 minutes or so plus 7 miles round trip to figure out where I really needed to be after heading south on a road with the same number but NOT the Business route. Also, the front desk person was wonderful in helping me to locate a Catholic church for early mass on Sunday morning prior to my departure.
Disliked: I booked a king room and was initially assigned to a room with two beds where I found a very, very dingy wash cloth in the bathroom. Front desk person graciously moved me.to a king room. Timer on the waffle iron did not work so I guessed at 2.5 minutes and actually got mine done darker than I prefer.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean hotel.. Stayed here in the past before the new owner.. The hotel was dated but still clean.. Totally surprised when I opened the door to the room and saw the improvements.. Will definitely stay here again..
Disliked: There wasn't any soap in the room but I managed..
