Liked: Room was quiet. Room was clean. Room was roomy.
Disliked: No trash can. Toilet seat was loose. Door was not totally secure, or sealed

Paid to much no spa

Liked: The room was a nice size. The fridge and microwave
Disliked: Pool spa closed. Fridge wasn't that cold. The a/c won't turn on. The tv channels had no guide. No breakfast. Deposit took awhile to get back. First time I was ever asked what time am I'm leaving in a text from them

Disliked: Only one room key, t.v did not work at all, microwave wasn’t plugged, only one towel, one pack of shampoo, pillows had no pillow cases they were just left like they didn’t finish setting up the room.

Liked: There was absolutely nothing I liked due To poor management
Disliked: The girl that was working at night was extremely rude. I made a reservation online for a non-smoking room. She absolutely refused to give me a non-smoking room so my first room that she put me in the AC didn’t work. I told her it was like pulling teeth to get another room, so I get another room finally after she wants to argue, and they had a plumber come and the shower was halfway taken apart. When I go to address the issue, she cussed at me accuse me of breaking. It threaten to call the cops on me, threaten to keep my deposit and not room there didn’t ask for their manager and they gave me another room so the third room that I was finally in Was the maids didn’t even clean it. Needless to say I gave up and went somewhere else that was absolutely the worst stay I’ve ever had.
