Liked: WARNING! We visited this hotel in September 2024 and had a terrible experience. Unfortunately, the hotel fails in every aspect, from cleanliness to, even worse, security. We had reserved a night, and when we arrived late at night, I noticed that the property had a gate, with a lot of vehicle traffic entering and leaving, none of which appeared to be guests. There were also several people rummaging through the trash in the parking lot. During check-in, the staff member was helpful, but I noticed a lack of professionalism as he had reserved a room for me, and then immediately after, another guest arrived, and he gave the room to her instead. When I checked the room, it was dirty, with stained floors and a lot of dust. I decided to cancel the stay as the location was not suitable. I requested a refund and explained the reasons, and the staff understood. My assessment is that the area has many homeless people and addicts.
