Great location and ok for...

Liked: Location was great for our trip. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but did not change from day to day. On Sunday morning, hotel was full and staff did not anticipate the breakfast rush at 8 A.M. They ran out of eggs, waffle mix, muffins, and most had to take their food back to their rooms as seating is extremely limited. Rooms need a good deep clean. Shower had hair left over from previous guests and top of shower stall hadn't been cleaned in ages.

Disliked: I was charged a pet fee for my medically necessary service dog. The registration said I would receive a credit. The credit was never completed on my account.

I would stay there again....

Liked: The staff was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had what we needed- always with a smile. Beds were comfortable- and there were pillows with varying degrees of softness WHICH I LOVED! Food was great, with more variety than I expected.
Disliked: The lock on the inside (not the bolt lock) looked like it had been broken and wasn’t repaired. Some other minor maintenance issues. But there was a custodian making repairs on other minor repairs, so I assume it would be taken care of.

Liked: It was clean, decent breakfast.
Disliked: There was a strong draft in Room 107 by the heater so that it got cold very quickly even when the heater was set above 70 degrees. The outdoor temperatures were in the 20s overnight and the beds had one thin blanket.
