I have stayed in this location twice, both times for a concert and it is very close to venues, but from the 1st visit to this 2nd visit the hotel looks more like a motel. It looks run down and the rooms are very outdated and very used. I don't think I would stay there again even if the venue was 5 minutes away.

Liked: The location to the venue.
Disliked: The bed was lumpy and smelled; the bathroom was dirty (there was long hair and pubic hair in and around the tub); there was no shampoo or soap; the A/C was not cooling enough; the phone did not work; the door to the room looked kicked in and the lock did not work.

Poor

Liked: Price was good, they offer breakfast until late on weekends.
Disliked: They walls and bathroom doors were dirty, the showers faucet was not reliable. Toilet water kept running, when requested more towels front person gave me 2 plus a mat.

Disliked: I was moved to Rome that did not have a working refrigerator and when going down to the front desk to advise of the situation, he told me that there wasn’t much really that he could do that the person who would have been able to help me would have been the previous Rep that was there but the time changed over for the shift at 11 PM due to me making it for a late check-in

Liked: Attempt to overcharge Me for no reason. Ignored My reservation rate. Room ready but, wanted to charge the 3 rooms I reserved $25 each to check in early, ridiculous. Fuck this place. Never going back to any location. Do not spend your money with them.

Liked: When you open the door, it looks open, plenty of room, floors are clean, and my number 1 thing is the toilet, its always clean every stay.
Disliked: Some of the crowd that hangs out around the parking lot.
