It was mostly fine. Clean, good beds.

Liked: Quiet area and soft beds.
Disliked: The toilet was hard to flush and when we returned from the show and used the toilet it started making a loud sound, like something was wrong with the pipes. I turned the water off because I did not want to wake up with a room full of water.

Hotel has been remodeled and is very nice. Big room with mini fridge. Location is amazing; walking distance to downtown!

Liked: Great hotel.

Needs updating - carpet was ripped. Website said it was updated, but it was very old. Staff was rude and not willing to accommodate any requests.

Liked: The location is convenient. We had what we needed, and the breakfast was adequate. The Texas-shaped waffles are a nice touch. The staff was friendly and acted quickly upon request for a TV remote and extra pillow. Free parking.
Disliked: I didn't realize the room was so small (single queen, was more like a full bed). Highway noise was pretty bad. The property has some funkiness, like a damaged lamp shade, dirty corners, noisy toilet, and overall rundown property. No elevator.

Liked: Location was good. That’s it. Dirty bathroom & we had a constantly running toilet for our stay. You should find another place to stay.

Disliked: Zero customer service. On Friday night April 11th i checked into Wyndham 8 and set the alarm for 5 am in my room number 112. On Saturday morning April 12th it rang at 6 am instead, so i was late to work. At 7:10 AM that morning on my out I stopped by the reception desk and told two men behind the desk that the hotel's alarm clock was off by one hour (on the room phone: button 5 "wake up call", then button #, then time). Imagine my surprise when the evening receptionist did not know anything about the issue, let alone whether it had been fixed. The following morning, on Sunday April 13th, the receptionist did not know anything about the issue, either. Nobody was aware of the problem on Monday, when I checked out, let alone did anything about it. Also, it was noisy at night.
