The worst encounter of my...

Liked: I paid for two rooms for me and my family but when i get there the place was nasty, smells bad, smoker rooms smells the same as non smokers. Dirty and old bathrooms, dirty beds, stinging rooms. They charged me $200 that was meant to be refunded upon check out, but the indian guy who was there was so rude. He told me he could give me my money when i asked told him i was leaving to go look for another hotel. Instead he yelled at me and told me to leave his property. So l left with no money and spend a night in another hotel. Lucky enough i had extra money to secure a place for me and my family. He owe me for the hotel money that i paid online. I had the worst experience ever. I dont like that Wyndham name anymore and I hope something is done the soonest to help others who are glueless like me.
Disliked: Better customer service, and make sure payment are refunded if the customer did not like the hotel. He argued with us for 30mins later he said we have been for 30mins so there was no refund and we left.

Liked: I felt safe there with my children. That was my biggest concern so that was good.Beds were comfortable, hot water and amenities worked pretty good, wifi was good too with TV, no roaches was a plus
Disliked: Carpets were really dirty, bathtub (all over) was peeling along with sink and countertops, rooms need major upgrading, oh and housekeeping NEVER COMES, at all. Deposit is too much! I think I paid 100, and for the damages already in the rooms, ha. Not even worth 50. They need to humble those fees expeditiously that's for sure
