Liked: Everyone was nice, respectful, and very helpful with everything I needed. The staff was great they took care of all my requests.
Disliked: That housekeeping didn't come from time to time and change our sheets

Liked: The room was clean. We are both nonsmokers but the hallway smelled of smoke. The noise was annoying. The window unit air conditioner fan turned on and off all night. The bathroom pipes made noise all night. Our sleep was constantly interrupted due to the noise.
Disliked: The odor in the hallway and the constant noise was annoying and interrupted our sleep. There was no iron or ironing board in the room, which we expect when we stay in hotels. The ice machine was broken.

Disliked: They said includes breakfast and it didn’t have any breakfast. The covers were dirty, have holes in them. I find a used open condoms in the nightstand and so much more
