Liked: Easy to get to, fairly quiet, the staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: The building just needed a little love! The paint colors were drab, carpet was older. A strip of molding was missing in our bathroom, and replaced by badly applied silicone grout?just ugly. A couple of the lampshades were crumpled and bent.

Liked: Close to Benedictine College. Low rates. Hot shower.
Disliked: Breakfast was pathetic. Room decor was outdated. Rooms were dark. Carpet needs to be replaced. Stingy with towels. Too much smoking in outdoor area.

Liked: The hotel is located close to Benedictine College, where our daughter is a new student this fall. It's easy to access from main roads, visible, and in a clean/safe neighborhood setting.
Disliked: It's very basic, which may be fine with proper expectations. Clean enough to not be grossed out, yet our room was dingy, outdated, with stained walls/ceiling/bedding. We had a decently restful night but won't be returning as it's borderline unacceptable.

Disliked: Was charged $5 to use my credit card for a $50 deposit ($55)

Liked: The best part was leaving
Disliked: The management leaves alot to be desired! They make their own rules, according who's there. $50/night for a chihuahua!That's outrageous! The breakfast was waffles, maybe muffins, maybe fruit, you just never really know. The breakfast was garbage!

Liked: Lovation
Disliked: Rooms are not very clean, walls looked dirty, smelled like old smoke.

Liked: very friendly, nice location, good value, free breakfast
Disliked: weak coffee, styrofoam cups

Liked: Location was great for local attractions.
Disliked: No elevator had room on 2nd floor.
