Liked: Room was extremely clean and neat.
Disliked: The stairs were smelly (cigarettes and mildew).

Liked: Customer service was above and beyond
Disliked: I think because I bought through an agency I got a room that was across from the icemaker, which disturbed me all the time. Also, I couldn?t get a receipt for my payment because the hotel said I wasn?t the one that actually booked it.

Liked: It was convenient and quick. They let us in early.

Liked: Someone at one point tried to enter my room with their key. The front desk was very rude though I tried to be polite through this horrible experience. I tried cancelling this reservation and while I attempted on the phone the hotel charged nights refused
Disliked: This hotel room lacked cleanliness, seemed to have dirty sheets on one bed. Seen a dead fly on the other comforter. Some sort of black soot on the other bed. There were shady young people hanging out by the back entrances late at night.

Liked: location and plenty of parking. Internet worked well.
Disliked: noise level during night very high. breakfast area very small almost impossible to access to tables position. remote control did not work.

Liked: free parking, free breakfast, good size room with tv, a/c, microwave and mini fridge
Disliked: no elevator

Liked: The staff entered my room and stole 2 $200.00 visa gift cards.

Disliked: People smoking drugs in the smell going in my room

Disliked: cheap hotel for 2.5 stars, very disappointed.

Liked: proximity to restaurants
Disliked: This Super 8 would not allow you to extend your stay. Even if you extended your stay online, they make you check out at 11 and back in at 3:00 PM. For this reason, would not book with them again.
