Disliked: I prepaid my satay and was asked to pay again during check in. It took me more than 15 minutes for the staff to find my online payment and never apologize.

Staff were helpful. Facilities were...

Liked: Staff were kind and helpful.
Disliked: The room was quite dirty. It needs a clean and maintenance. Baseboards have dirt and hair all over them. Bottom of shower had visible dirt. Caulking has mold. Carpet is visibly dirty. Paper towel holder is falling off of the wall.

Liked: The staff is always friendly and Jessica makers it feel like home. I always look forward to seeing her when I arrive.
Disliked: The facility has been updated a bit since I've been staying there over the last seven years. Still could use a little more.
