A wonderful place to stay! Clean, helpful, best front desk service I've had in a long time. Truly treated like a guest!

Liked: The staff. David at the front desk was exceptional - helped out in ways that you just don't see anymore.
Disliked: Not a thing.

I would not stay here ever..... For the price of the stay for a concert, I'm sure there are other places around, much cleaner, that would gladly book you.

Liked: The hotel staff at the front desk was amazing. It was two guys and the one was training the other one. They were so helpful and present. That was the best check in.
Disliked: The place was dirty. The tub would not drain. There were bugs in the bathroom. There were Doritos on the floor under the bed, and not from us. And then in the middle of the night there were bugs crawling on the floor. When I went to the lobby to get coffee in the morning it was empty and when I asked for it the desk clerk was annoyed. And when she was filling it one of the other workers came out and said they were out of oj. We didn't stay any longer.

Liked: Location and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: As soon as I pulled up I saw their sign said weekly rates. The hotel has not been updated in decades and cleanliness was ok. Picture in the booking site was not what the hotel looked like in person.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything thing was great.. They've decided to stop serving their breakfast. Was waffles cereal muffins yogurt milk orange juice etc.. Was an exceptional value. To a brown bag 1 muffin and orange juice.... Other than that property was great laundry room fitness room. Convient and nice location.

Liked: Great place! Rooms were nice, comfortable bed, and great staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Less than desirable.

Liked: Staff was unprepared, and playing around cutting up not being acceptable in the least. Language was less than acceptable. Took too long on the checkin process, seriously lacking.

I would never stay here...

Disliked: When checking in, I went to go check the room with a black light, bed bugs, glow in the dark with a black light, although there were no bedbugs as I turned around I watched a cockroach run across the TV stand. Anybody staying here, Should definitely check out the room before you pay. on the backside of the hotel, there were several people smoking dope. I’m quite sure a couple on meth and a couple of drunks that could not stand up. The back door was always broken and he had to walk all the way to the front of the hotel to get in.

Liked: Easy to find.
Disliked: The property appeared to be an older facility by layout and I saw no handicapped furnishings. No elevator, only steps from office area to sleeping areas. The room reserved was not cleaned. It was just as the previous customer walked out. I didn’t think the lesser price for the downgraded room we settled for was appropriate, $10.00. There was zero compensation for the inconvenience of a reserved room not ready. No apologies it wasn’t ready, the attendants didn’t seem surprised we came back to the office.
