A wonderful place to stay! Clean, helpful, best front desk service I've had in a long time. Truly treated like a guest!

Liked: The staff. David at the front desk was exceptional - helped out in ways that you just don't see anymore.
Disliked: Not a thing.

I would not stay here ever..... For the price of the stay for a concert, I'm sure there are other places around, much cleaner, that would gladly book you.

Liked: The hotel staff at the front desk was amazing. It was two guys and the one was training the other one. They were so helpful and present. That was the best check in.
Disliked: The place was dirty. The tub would not drain. There were bugs in the bathroom. There were Doritos on the floor under the bed, and not from us. And then in the middle of the night there were bugs crawling on the floor. When I went to the lobby to get coffee in the morning it was empty and when I asked for it the desk clerk was annoyed. And when she was filling it one of the other workers came out and said they were out of oj. We didn't stay any longer.

Liked: It was convenient to the convention center and decently priced.
Disliked: There was no elevator but that was not a big issue. If I has more or heavier bags it would matter more.

I didn’t sleep well but...

Liked: Breakfast was good but they did run out of stuff and didn’t bother to restock.
Disliked: I didn’t like all the noise at night. It was so busy in the building I couldn’t rest.
