Disliked: Cockroaches in bathroom and sink area.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off twice during the night; apparently due to someone in another room whose cigarette got too close to a smoke detector. Breakfast was disappointing: limited choices, juice machine was broken.

Disliked: We refused to stay there & told them to cancel our reservation. We opened the door to the lobby & there was a pungent Marijuana odor. Staff opened door to a room and quickly slammed it shut. There were bugs crawling on the walls in the room. He showed us another room & that had bugs on the walls too! We did not stay - We left . Terrible experience. We are not paying for the room. I disputed it with the credit card company

Liked: It was dirty, the bathroom didn't have a towel, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned, it was very disgusting for that price, it's really not worth going back there.

On multiple occasions, I had to wait an extended period for assistance, only to be treated as if I were an inconvenience. I’m an easygoing traveler and generally willing to overlook minor issues, especially at budget-friendly accommodations. However, while lower prices might justify worn-out conditions, there’s no excuse for poor customer service—something entirely within the control of management.Unfortunately, due to a lack of other available hotels, I had no choice but to book a stay here again last night. Upon arrival, I waited nearly ten minutes at the front desk before anyone showed up to assist me. When I finally entered my room, I discovered unmade beds and soiled linens left on the floor—clear evidence that the room had not been cleaned since the last guest.Returning to the front desk, I was informed that no other rooms were available—despite having made a reservation, receiving a confirmation email, and already being charged for both the room and a deposit. The attendant claimed to have reversed the charge, but when I requested a receipt, he simply reprinted my original one. Left with no other option, I had to scramble to find another hotel much farther away than planned. To make matters worse, I have yet to see the charges removed from my credit card, and based on my experience with this establishment, I fear they never will be.Bottom line: While you get what you pay for in terms of the hotel's condition, the complete disregard for customer service makes this place an absolute nightmare. I’m writing this review in hopes of helping others make the right decision—stay far away.
