Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Our truck didn't want to start due to cold weather so the maintenance man helped us out with an extension cord.
Disliked: Having to pay such a high deposit when travel due to family issues. The breakfast needed the fruit to be fresh, the bananas were black and no oranges. The room we stayed in was clean but the door looked like it had been kicked in before due to the frame was split in half.

Will not stay again I...

Liked: Nothing they had to move us into another room cause the tv wasn’t workingThe breakfast was a joke 1st morning the biscuits were hard and gravy didn’t taste good 2nd morning there was no biscuits and gravy was cold and no milk either morning

Liked: The staff was very kind and the food carts across the parking lot were great!
Disliked: Upon arrival we found out the pool was not yet open for the season ( kids were disappointed). Floors in the room were sticky and you could see splatter of spills in many different areas. There was also splatters on the dresser drawers. The road noise was loud and the overflow of a clogged gutter kept us up at night.

Liked: We have stayed here many of times and have never this experience before. We checked in all ready for relax time in the pool to be told after they took our payment that they have the pool down. We started to ask questions about the pool policies. Right after those questions our key card stop working. With all our stuff in the room we had to wait more than 15 minutes to get into our room. To finally beginning changes to another room. We came back from dinner and needed to use the bathroom. To see sex toys folded next to clean towels. We were at this point not comfortable staying in an unclean hotel and asked for a refund due to the sex toys in our room and now it being unsafe for our health. We did check out.
Disliked: Poor customer service, manager thought she was above all and didn't want to give us a refund for the hotel problems.

Disliked: Room was filthy, bathroom was disgusting even blood on the wall. No shower curtain and towels were horrible.The bedspread smell of smoke and was also dirty.There was thick dust on the ceiling above the heater.The door had been broken and temporarily fixed.The walls were very dirty.I would never go there again and the fact the charged me 127.00 for the shit hole room makes me mad.On top that I paid for a king bed and got a queen.

Not totally new but well...

Liked: Nice arrangement with a good location. Was not bothered by the nearby interstate.
Disliked: There was some construction going on to update the facilities. Did create some noise and foot-traffic by workers. One morning of no hot water because the wrong valves being turned off or not turned back on, but quickly fixed once the desk was informed.

Pleasant

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Fridge microwave and coffee maker in the room noce
Disliked: No breakfast even though it said breakfast included on booking site. Front desk girl was clueless. She didn't day one word about breakfast they didn't have.

$135 per night was too...

Liked: Breakfast not good. Location was good.
Disliked: We were expecting a hot breakfast buffet.
