Easy sleeping but congested leaving

Liked: I liked the cleanliness of the facility and the front desk clerk was very friendly.
Disliked: I didn't like the location. It's hard to get out and onto the street. Very congested in the mornings

Disappointed

Liked: The staff in the office were super friendly
Disliked: For some reason not what I was expecting….looked horrible walking in I was mortified my kids were like this is super sketchy…..was dirty….hair in the towels/wash rags, hole in shower with mold or mildew, food left in the microwave, covers had holes all in them….some kind of stains on the side of sheets….if it was not 1230-1am I would have left!!
