I recommend this hotel to anyone I see that needs a hotel to stay at in London.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Misunderstanding at the beginning.

Disliked: The rooms are dated and well worn. Also some banging from adjacent rooms during the nite.

Disliked: Everything from the staff to the property was unsatisfying I stayed at this hotel twice the first time I was having trouble with the Rogers walk in the room shutting off and then also with the TV not showing proper contrast. All I was getting was just a blue TV screen and then my second day wasn’t any better coming into the room it had a smell and the fridge and microwave also weren’t working, which took them three days to fix on top of that they have housekeeping coming in your room before 10 o’clock, which is actually very annoying because no hotels housekeeping comes in the room before checkout time and that was daily. They would knock once and open the doors themselves and during the winter times they don’t have no mat at the door for wet shoes so you’re walking around the hotel room with your wet shoes making the room even more messy than it already is washroom is super small and they say they’ve been in the hotel business for over 20 years. The way their customer service is I don’t think that they have if you’re spending one or two nights then OK anything longer I don’t suggest booking this hotel. The hotel is great for the location because there is lots of food areas around but other than that there is nothing great about this hotel.

Disliked: the room was so hot like a sauna there was no way to turn it down , the bathroom sink faucet was practically falling off and the TV was installed crooked on the wall. we just stayed for one night because of a concert it was last min.

Liked: I love this motel. This is my favourite motel. Stuff is super friendly, free parking on the TV. There is YouTube which is really rare. That’s one of my favourite parts. i’ve been in a room with one bed and a room with two beds. I feel like it’s worth paying for the two beds. The room is just better more spacious. If I were you, I would pay a bit extra for the two bedroom I feel like it’s a little pricey on the weekends but it’s still my favourite motel
