Liked: I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything was wonderful: the food, the location, the room, and the staff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit the Canadian Rockies.

Liked: location atmosphere, cabin setting was nice. quiet. complimentary breakfast was nice and really appreciated. check in was easy and quick.
Disliked: it was expensive but expected due to the location.

Liked: The location is like no other, BEAUTIFUL view, walking distance to the falls. The staff that received us was very friendly. Good breakfast selection to offer
Disliked: The pricing was a bit high for what I paid. It was a very hot day when we stayed over and I was a bit disappointed when i noticed that there was no aircon We didn't eat at the dining room as the adult food was so expensive, even the deli was expensive with snacks(2 breakfast bagels, an apple that was rotten on the inside, a piece of carrot cake and 4 Pepsi's cost over $60). The power went out for about 20min or so and after that we had no internet service and could not even watch TV.
