They charged me an extra $200 smoking fee and no one smoked inside the room. Some person can walk in, say "I smell smoke," and charge your card without notifying you. When I called, they wouldn't provide me with a corporate number or any way to combat the charge. Stay here if you like people stealing from you.

Liked: The breakfast is great, the staff are fab. The location is spot on! A little gem of a hotel. Free parking, free breakfast what’s not to love!
Disliked: The noise from Sunset Boulevard traffic but nothing a Miller Light didn’t fix!

Liked: Excellent location for the price! Check-in was very simple and easy. Extremely wonderful gentleman (blonde) who came to the rescue when the restaurant next door forgot our plastic forks and basically everything needed to eat food. The security guard was very polite as well! Would stay here again 10/10.

Disliked: Our toilet kept getting plugged, I ask for assistance but no one came so I went on a search for a plunger, found one with the help of a housekeeper (who didn’t speak english), I saw one and pointed at it and she gave it to me. I took care of it myself.

Liked: Overall, the experience was great. This is a no-thrills hotel located on Sunset Boulevard, which is a great location but not a great area. They had security at night, which was comforting, and everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Of course, the free parking was a major bonus, even though the parking lot could be filled. There are still parking spots outside on the alleyway, which worked really well.
Disliked: I stayed for about ten days, and financially, it was a great choice. Would I stay here if I was on a shorter trip? Probably not. The beds aren't extremely comfortable. My chair and ironing board were broken. The bathroom had missing shelving and exposed construction work. The bathrooms were small, and the bed was pretty uncomfortable, but overall, it was a get-what-we-paid-for kind, and I was happy with my experience.
