Liked: The shower and the pool. And the people actually clean the rooms everyday and are very helpful.
Disliked: There was a few roaches but it wasnt that big of a deal because the room was nice.

Disliked: Carpet needs replacing. . bad odor. No televisionwe asked for one..none available . No telephone. Wall socket hanging out of wall. My friend was cold, asked for a blanket. Told housekeeper didnt come in today, so cant get one. Bill confusing.

Liked: No cable tv no refrigetor some roach Under bed blanket and sheet thats my wife scream when she slept then woke up. I will call hotel complaint about it we would be sue them and dont trust hotel owner of spanish person.
Disliked: Bad motel because too old I will call polk county health department and inspection tuesday sept 5 I had proof pictures to show them

Liked: They cancel my room because they are not room available
Disliked: Never been in the hotel

Disliked: Did not feel safe or comfortable huge pitbull a few rooms down that barked like crazy everytime u walked past dark hallways to walk down. Cops were there and a guy peeing out the back of his truck. people actually live very randown & dirty. I left

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Room had mildew and bugs, minimal furniture, no nightstands no lights only bathroom and sink lights. No TV or phone in the room. No pictures on walls rust on door and mildew on door jams. Worst experience i ever had. Did not stay entire visit

Liked: Location was convenient. Staff was outgoing and thorough.
Disliked: There's a whole lot more I did not like then I did like. First off, every time the door was opened, an alarm went off. Every time. Next, the TV. We were informed by hotel staff the tv would work if we connected to wifi. NO, it didn't. No channels.

Liked: it did have heat is all I can say
Disliked: toilet was plugged took the overnight to plunge it then it plugged up again. they advertised wifi cable had none at all, roaches crawling on walls no continental breakfast at all. pictures on web site are very old ones nothing like we had.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. The room was messy. The floors were dirty with stains and poop and urine. We actually had to change rooms because of how unsanitary it was. The sheets on the bed had foot prints from an actual shoe. The lock on the main door was broken
Disliked: The tv on the wall was not working. There wasnt a phone in the room. There was no hairdryer. The lamps were covered in build up and grime. The shower faucet was broken and leaking water. No microwave available. Nothing that was advertised was provided.
