Pleasant and convenient

Liked: I like the property I like the location. I think it’s a little overpriced, compared to other motels that I stay at. But I guess for the area the reasonable.

Disliked: When reaching for the towel the shelf fell off the wall over the toilet. When hanging up the towel the towel rack fell off the wall. Seems to be newly renovated .

Liked: Super friendly managers, clean rooms, nice location.
Disliked: A little pricey for the simplicity, but on par with other lodgings in the area.

Disliked: I left a charger in my room. I called and the lady manager was nice but advised me to call back after cleaning service came. No answer in the afternoon so I emailed. They replied that they found it and I could pick it up but I live a long ways away so I asked if they would mail it at my expense plus extra for the trouble. I never heard back. My friend then called and the guy she spoke with was irate and rude about it. I know people leave things all the time but being ignored and spoken to unkindly isn’t a good approach with customers.
