Liked: The staff was really nice they was friendly with the kids listened the the kids tell them about what they did like the build a bear the kids wanted them to see and they looked and listened to them talk about it
Disliked: The bed was a bit hard for me

Liked: I had an issue but it was just me not the sunset inn and the maintenance guy was wonderful in helping me to get things back on track. Made a bad situation so much better. Thank you for being so professional and helpful when I needed the help

Liked: It was in the middle of everything we wanted to do.
Disliked: The smoke smell in the room (it must have been the nasty stained couch in the room) we had to go get room freshers to help the smell. We had to clean the filter in the air conditioner so it would cool the room. After that, it worked great.
