Nice trip experience

Liked: Everything was great, and it felt like our trip was enhanced by the excellent service of this hotel. I originally booked a King Suite for one night, but because the King Suite was on the second floor and we had two 23kg suitcases which was very inconvenient for us to move around, so we decided to switch to a room on the ground floor temporarily. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at around 6 or 7 in the evening, and they not only helped us find a suitable room but also helped us carry our luggage. The ground floor room was not as large as the one on the second floor, but overall it was still quite nice. The entire room was heated by a fireplace, which made it very cozy.
Disliked: The rooms seem a bit small and could be expanded.
