Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It has cockroaches and there was 2 dead cockroaches in the bathroom when I first enter the bathroom. Had to tell my husband to pick it up with the napkin.

Good for the price
Liked: Close to Oroville Dam and Downtown.We came in late and the property was well lit.
Disliked: The ice machine didn't work.

Comfortable, clean and friendly.
Liked: The room was clean and for the most part comfortable.
Disliked: I was hoping to do some reading, but the lighting just wasn't there. I realize that they were remodeling, but at least the loan of a lamp on t he bedside table would have been good. And there was no TV - one channel that I couldn't change or do anything with.

Oroville hotels kinda smell like...
Liked: Room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. Good water pressure in the shower.
Disliked: Room smelled like cigarettes and tweakers were roaming the parking lot with little kids bikes and seemed to be friends with the receptionist but that might just be Oroville for you
